Change Strategy sessions provide a structure for understanding what you’re experiencing and a process for making thoughtful decisions in the context of your whole life.
These sessions can be helpful when:
you make a major change, such as switching careers, relocating, getting married, starting a family, or retiring
you feel frustrated in your job or stuck in your relationship, and you realize that something needs to change
a significant change happens to you, such as job loss, divorce, illness, or the death of a loved one.

I offer private sessions designed to help you clarify and resolve core life questions as you move through change.
Private sessions last 90 minutes and are scheduled every other week.
Clients can complete a meaningful portion of their change goals in as few as six sessions.
Our work together will be divided into two distinct phases:
The Strategic and The Manifest.
The Strategic Phase
The Strategic Phase is where you clarify what you need and want, make realistic choices, and plot a path toward your goals.
During this phase of our work, you will:
Answer questions that clarify the unique issues that come with this change
Understand where you are in the 16-stage Change Cycle and anticipate what’s next
Develop a team of supporters that will be skillful advocates
Create more possibilities to choose from
Utilize a novel process for making realistic choices consistent with your values
Design a step-by-step strategic plan to achieve your new goals
The Manifest Phase
The Manifest Phase is where you have my support and guidance as you enact your plan and stay the course until you achieve your goals and grow into this larger vision of yourself.
During this phase of our work, you will:
Enact your strategic plan
Learn new skills for tolerating the discomforts inherent in the change process
Utilize your strengths to move through this transition with grace
Refine your strategic plan as new conditions arise
Celebrate your milestones along the way
Experience a sense of balance and wholeness as you complete this change
